ACHE 2024 Thomas C. Dolan Diversity in Executive Leadership Program

Since 2014, the Thomas C. Dolan Diversity in Executive Leadership Program has offered specialized leadership development to accelerate personal performance and career advancement for the next generation of healthcare leaders, supporting diversity in the C-Suite. This program is designed as a supplement to ACHE’s Executive Program and is geared towards senior executives who aspire to advance to the C-Suite or CEO roles.

The Dolan Diversity in Executive Leadership Program offers exclusive access to convenient learning and networking options, including interactive in-person education offerings, live webinars, and collaborations with their cohort peers.  Dolan Scholars are empowered through a structured curriculum and activities that:

  • Cultivate strong executive presence.
  • Sharpen personal skills and expertise in leadership.
  • Expand their capacity to navigate career opportunities and challenges.

The Dolan Diversity in Executive Leadership Program is a six-month program and includes these key features:

  • Formal leadership education, offering the opportunity to earn ACHE In-Person Education and Virtual Interactive Education credits, as well as continuing medical education credits for physicians, nurses, and physician assistants.
  • Specialized learning experiences to delve into leadership challenges in executive settings.
  • Participation in ACHE’s Executive Program within the Senior Executive Cohort.
  • Specially selected mentors for one-on-one interactions.
  • Interactive in-person and virtual learning and networking throughout the program.
  • A tuition waiver for ACHE’s 2025 Annual Congress on Healthcare Leadership.

The scholarship application period for the 2024 Program is February 12th – April 8th 2024 at 11:59pm CT.
