Seminar or Webinar Proposal Submission Requirements
ACHE is interested in timely, actionable content that provides takeaways applicable to a variety of settings. ACHE prioritizes proposals from leaders working in a healthcare provider environment, and values diversity in its faculty group. Submitters should plan for programming to engage healthcare executives and the C-suite, vice president, and department-head level from global healthcare organizations.

Selection Process
After you submit your proposal it is reviewed by a committee that will evaluate each component of the proposal. You will be contacted with a decision approximately six to eight weeks after the proposal submission.
No Commercial Content
Submissions will not be selected if they appear to directly promote specific products/services or are of a commercial nature. Likewise, if your submission is selected, ACHE has the right to request that you make modifications to keep your session within the “no commercial content” restrictions.
Virtual and In-Person Seminars
ACHE virtual and in-person seminars offer opportunities to share your expertise in a multi-module virtual experience or an in-person setting.
Virtual Seminars:
- Offered in 3-, 6- or 9-hour formats with required live sessions conducted on Zoom.
- Courses are built in ACHE’s Learning Management System.
- Includes curated readings and other materials to complement the content.
- Lively discussion board chats.
- Opportunities for breakout sessions and polling in Zoom.
In-Person Seminars:
- Offered in 6- or 12-hour formats.
- 12-hour seminars are broken out into two days (generally 6 hours per day); 6-hour seminars are offered on one day.
- Held in various locations around the country.
Both formats offer attendees ACHE Credits -- In-Person (IP) CEUs or Virtual Interactive (VI) CEUs. Submitters will have the opportunity to choose either virtual, in-person or both on the proposal form. Priority is given to proposals that are flexible between virtual and in-person delivery.
ACHE Webinars
Webinars are live, 60-minute sessions and focus on topical issues affecting the healthcare field today. Typically, webinars feature one or two presenters. Webinars offer attendees ACHE Qualifying Education Credit.
