ACHE Summer Enrichment Program - Host Site Application
The American College of Healthcare Executives is proud to offer the Summer Enrichment Program (SEP), designed to strengthen the leadership pipeline for healthcare organizations and empower emerging student leaders. Through this immersive experience, ACHE matches the most qualified student applicants with leading healthcare organizations where they gain hands-on exposure, one-on-one mentorship and the opportunity to learn directly from accomplished executives in the field. As a host site, your organization will provide a 10-week paid internship designed for graduate students ready to take the next step in their healthcare leadership journey. Host site applications will open December 1st, 2025, and priority will be given to organizations who complete their application by Thursday, January 15th, 2026.
To become a host site for the 2026 SEP, please complete this application by Thursday, January 15th, 2026.
Host Site Commitments
- Provide paid internship opportunity (stipend or hourly)
- Assign a preceptor/mentor
- Offer meaningful project/rotational experience
- Support intern participation in ACHE Virtual Education (1.5 hours each week)
- Submit evaluations and feedback
